ARC is designing and manufacturing A/C hose and assemblies for all types of vehicles which are all designed to work with many different refrigerants, including R12 and R134a. We produce A/C hose that uses a thin layer of thermoplastic in the construction, which can provide excellent properties such as to resist moisture ingression and permeation.

We can produce our own fittings, end form, computer controlled braze, CNC bend etc., which help us provide added service and value to our customers.

ARC can help design, develop and manufacture a complete automotive A/C assembly package for our customers. This is a service we are good at, and one that helps ensure our customers to receive assemblies that meet ARC rigorous quality requirements.
